1. Agreement and service
SlideShip is operated by Craftz, LLC, a company organized in Delaware, United States ("we", "us", or "our"). These terms govern your use of SlideShip. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use SlideShip for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
SlideShip helps you create reusable slideshow designs, generate text with AI, organize content, and send posts to connected TikTok accounts on demand or on a schedule. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
2. Your account
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the eligibility requirements of services you connect. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and connect only accounts you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Notify us at contact@craftz.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your content and AI output
You retain your rights in content you upload or create. You give us a non-exclusive license to store, process, reproduce, adapt, and transmit that content as needed to operate SlideShip and carry out your instructions, including rendering slideshows, generating text, and publishing to TikTok.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for your images, text, brands, and other content. If you choose to share a format or collection through community features, you authorize other users to access and reuse it through those features. Removing the original does not recall copies already made by other users.
AI-generated text may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or similar to another user's output. Review content and configure automations carefully before enabling publishing. You are responsible for the content published through your account. We do not guarantee that AI output is unique or eligible for intellectual property protection.
4. TikTok and scheduled publishing
Connecting TikTok authorizes SlideShip to use the permissions you grant to provide publishing and analytics features. When you submit a post or enable an automation, you instruct us to act using its saved content, schedule, and publishing settings. You can pause automations or disconnect an account to stop future use; a delivery already submitted to TikTok may still complete.
Your TikTok account and published content remain subject to TikTok's terms, community guidelines, and API restrictions. You are responsible for required disclosures and permissions. SlideShip is an independent service and is not endorsed by TikTok.
Delivery times, publication visibility, and metrics depend on TikTok and other providers. API limits, expired permissions, outages, or moderation may delay or prevent publishing. We do not guarantee delivery at an exact time, audience reach, engagement, or continued availability of an integration.
5. Paid plans and billing
When paid plans are offered, the price, currency, billing interval, included features, and any usage limits are shown before purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize the charges disclosed when you purchase a plan, including applicable taxes.
A recurring subscription renews at the disclosed billing interval until canceled. Any trial, discount, or credit offer is subject to the conditions shown when you accept it, including whether it converts to a paid subscription. We will disclose changes to recurring prices before they apply and provide an opportunity to cancel.
Paid access is delivered electronically through your SlideShip account after successful payment, subject to any activation conditions shown at purchase. Payment failures or exceeding disclosed plan limits may restrict paid features. Canceling or changing a paid plan does not delete content already published to TikTok.
6. Cancellation and refunds
To cancel a subscription, use the cancellation option provided with your subscription or email contact@craftz.co from your account email before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for unless you request earlier account deletion. Deleting an account or disconnecting TikTok should not be used as a substitute for canceling a subscription.
For billing errors or refund requests, contact contact@craftz.co with your account email and transaction details. We review requests case by case, considering billing errors, service issues, and any conditions disclosed at purchase. Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund for time already paid for. Any refund rights required by applicable law remain available.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use SlideShip to publish unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, distribute spam or harmful material, access accounts without permission, interfere with the service, or bypass security controls, platform restrictions, or usage limits. Do not upload sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for creating or publishing your content.
8. Our service and third parties
Craftz, LLC and its licensors retain their rights in SlideShip's software, branding, and service materials, excluding your content. Your subscription or account grants access to the service, not ownership of its software.
SlideShip relies on third-party services for sign-in, infrastructure, AI generation, publishing, and payments. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your direct use of those services.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using SlideShip and delete your account in account settings. Export content you want to keep before deleting your account. Published TikTok posts must be managed on TikTok.
We may restrict or suspend access for a breach of these terms, non-payment, a security risk, or a legal requirement. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. We may discontinue the service with notice where practicable. Mandatory refund and other consumer rights continue to apply.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, SlideShip is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results. You should keep copies of content important to you.
To the extent permitted by law, Craftz, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits or opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws where you live.
We may update these terms as SlideShip changes. We will update the date above and provide notice of material changes through the service or email before they take effect where required. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the service and cancel any subscription.
